HOTSPRINGS SAN CRISTOBAL
We start, on purpose, at this very low key place situated at the foot of coffee plantation hills, where a few small hot streams are emerging from the mother earth. These will help us to properly land, purify, and to store the warming and lasting energy for our adventures to come.
SAN GERARDO DE DOTA
Home of the SACRED QUETZAL BIRD symbolising both life and freedom. Its feathers were seen as a reflection of the divine beauty used in ceremonies and rituals, used as offerings to the gods, and only the highest priests, rulers, and elites were allowed to wear them. Verdant hills and majestic trees face East, representing in the shamanic culture a POTENT ENERGETIC SANCTUARY for both ceremonies and reflections. As well as a place where sun rises, it is ideal place to call in for new beginnings.
PURIFICATION WITH KAMBÓ
When Amazonian hunters struggle to catch prey, it is believed that they carry heavy, stagnant energy that repels animals. At this instance, the whole tribe goes through a KAMBO ceremony to remove these stored toxins and waste from liver, lymphatic system and intestines.
