You are here because you seek new direction. Without it, you feel you have no solid ground under your feet. Yet that is exactly - speaking from the experience of all other men - what you actually need first: a solid base to stand on before you can see where to go next.

This time, you become your own anchor. You rebuild strength and confidence from inside out. Becoming less driven by what others think, what they want or what they expect you to do. Standing strong in the center of your gravity, choosing at any point consciously how to respond (or not) to what is happening around you. Finding clarity and direction that feels right to you.

3 SEASONS to build foundations for the journey ahead

There are 3 Seasons - each representing one module of Building New Foundations 

  • Season 1 - Unshakeable Inner Ground

  • Season 2 - Better Relationships

  • Season 3 - Clarity and New Direction

For each Season groups of eight men are curated, attending 6 in-person sessions over 3 months

  • these take place biweekly, starting at 7pm, lasting 2 hours

  • each session has a clear structure, theme, and training techniques

  • first session is always the initiation night, the last session the graduation night

  • private coaching in a form of two individual calls is included

  • an assigned buddy check-in mechanism is in place to support our growth

  • access to library of protocols is granted when you need tools to stay cool under fire

  • we use simple weekly scoreboard to measure our progress

In the first season, we will honor your strengths while define what no longer serves you. You will gain awareness of which part of you is really driving your behaviour - why you keep reacting certain way and train to choose conscious choice before reaction.

MASTERY OF RELATIONSHIPS

In the second season, we focus on making your relationships simpler and your connections deeper. You will stop the urge to please people, manage conflicts better and find more ways how to enjoy intimacy. By showing up as your authentic self, you will be able to build relationships that last.

CLARITY AND DIRECTION

In the final season, we define where you are going and the mark you want to leave. Instead of external success metrics, clarity comes from inner coherence; who you are, what contribution you serve, and what fees aligned. This becomes the filter for every decision you make—allowing you to stop drifting and have a positive, and lasting impact on those around you.

Systems and Protocols

“A new chapter isn’t built by insight. It’s built by the systems you run when you’re activated.”

Some of these are trained as daily/weekly reps so they become automatic. And rest men call pull out when a specific life situation happens (conflict, freeze, craving, avoidance).

Example: how a man uses tools in real life

Scenario: wife says “you’re never present,” he feels attacked.

  1. He runs 90-second reset (state shift)

  2. He uses Repair Protocol:

    • “I feel shame and defensiveness.”

    • “I made it mean I’m failing.”

    • “My part: I’ve been distracted.”

    • “Request: can we talk after dinner for 15 minutes?”

    • “Repair: phone away 8–10pm this week.”

Each tool is introduced during the council, identifying the potential moment of use/predictable trigger, role-played once, deployed “in the wild” and reviewed during buddy check-ins.

House Rules

  • It is a safe space. No judgement. Whatever is shared here stays here.

  • Space and respect is given to one person at a time, we learn how to listen, no unsolicited advice and no cross talk is tolerated.

  • Our goal is to remove masks, set aside who we think we should be and instead let our heart speak for once.

  • Structure and techniques to train mind, body and soul are held and lead by the council leader.

  • This is a place where it feels good to belong, where you can be yourself and get inspired.
