    • Reconnect with Yourself: Rediscover the parts of you that may have been forgotten or neglected in the busyness of life.

    • Learn Foundational Tools: Practice techniques for deep self-awareness, learn how to stay centered amid chaos, and experience what it feels like to truly put yourself first.

  • DescripThese evening sessions are the heartbeat of the program, where consistent growth and lasting change take root. This is where we go deeper, practice new skills, and forge lifelong bonds as a group.

Basic Guidelines

  • Each session sits eight men and explores different facets of masculinity

  • Our goal is to remove masks, set aside who we think we should be and instead let our heart speak for once

  • Granting a space for self-reflection and getting valuable insights and strategies for us to progress in daily life

  • We use a blend of highly effective, practical projective techniques (drawing, constellation, guided meditations) and body techniques (breathwork, bodywork, playful boxing) that inform your self-care routine

  • Space and respect is given to one person at a time, we learn how to listen, no unsolicited advice and no cross talk is tolerated.

  • It is a safe space. No judgement. Whatever is shared here stays here.
